Police want to question Orlando Duarte (Aka: Orlando Celestino
and Orlando Perez) regarding the death of fourteen year
old Ahlyja Pinson. Ahlyja was found dead inside
a vacant home in Golden Hills. Mr. Duarte is believed
to be homeless and is known to frequent Balboa Park, Downtown
San Diego and Golden Hills. Anyone with information is
asked to call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-TIPS.
