SAN DIEGO, CA - (1-22-08) A van loaded with suspected undocumented immigrants crashed in an apparent attempt to flee from Border Patrol agents. It started near the intersection of Otay Mesa Road and Alta Road around 10:45am Tuesday. The driver of a Dodge Caravan lost control on SR-905 and crashed into an embankment. Six occupants were taken to the hospital for treatment. The crash is being investigated by the CHP.
