CHULA VISTA, CA - (1-20-08) Authorities in Chula Vista are looking for the driver of a vehicle who hit and killed a pedestrian, then fled the scene. It happened in a parking lot near Main Street and Silvas Street Sunday morning just after 2am. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
