SAN DIEGO, CA - (1-13-08) The National Weather Service issued a High Wind Advisory for much of San Diego County. Winds to 25mph are expected with gusts up to 45mph. The strongest winds will likely be through and below canyons and passes. The advisory will remain in effect through 6pm Monday.
