SAN DIEGO, CA - (1-5-08) The National Weather Service issued a High Surf Advisory for the San Diego beaches through Tuesday. Surf from 14'-18' are forecasted. A high tide of 6'5' Sunday morning could cause problems in low lying areas. High tide is at 7:15am.
