DIEGO, CA. - Colorado State came back from a 17- 14 half-time deficit to
defeat Missouri in the 20th Holiday Bowl Monday night at Qualcomm Stadium.
Two
big plays early in the second half opened things up for the Rams. First
a Holiday Bowl record, 85 yard punt return by Lincoln High's Darran Hall
(above right). Then, Moses Moreno connected with Dallas Davis (above left)
for 47 yards and another Colorado State touchdown. At that point the score
was 28 to 17 and the Rams would not look back, winning by a score of 35
- 24.
